And Papa Bear, I'm very aware. Right now I'm right in the middle of it, haha. Typically in the past when the cloud has resided I've lapsed into pretty serious depression and desperation, and I've ended up relapsing. I'm hitting meetings hard at the moment and also adding an antidepressant for when the bad times hit. Being proactive. Gonna beat this crap. I genuinely don't have another day 1 in me.
