Hey guys. I am 16 days clean today. I trylu cant bleeive it. Im far from perfectg but now i realize im not dependant on 16 or 17 pills to get me through the day. I did use sub to help me short termt. Its a God send. As you may or my noy know. i had to do my homework, some drs want u on it for 6 months to a year. BAD choice, unless used to pain like some golks here. I am down to just 4mgs a day. Tomorrow is 3 mgs and so on. I started at 16. I am also thank God on a AD. I have too. I would not have made it otherwise. Between being blue about no more norcos to losing my girl.
I went to Atlantic City yesterday with some friends, i was at a alot machine. Im soo dam dumb. Two cute girls sat next to me and they were flirting and talking to me and I couldnt talk back lol. Im just getting better and getting over my ex and I could talk. What a loser I am . I pray more opportunites come along. I would love to find someone special to me
Well i have to study for my yest tomrorow so i can watch football at 1

congrats and dont stop now you are on a roll oh and you are far from a loser silly. dont worry everything takes time. allow yourself to get comfortable again. just cause one woman hurt your heart dont let that ruin it for the rest of us. i am sure you are a wonderful human beeing , now tell yuorself that and believe it,trust it. my secret is having confidence and believing in myself. it takes practice, but it works!! confidence is KEY!
