1st Century

Gyday, yip i've just made my 1st century, 100 days off the pot, a weird way of looking at it i know, but hey we've got to keep amusing ourselves don't we :-) Anyway i'm feeling great, just got a new job, kids are great and my relationship is alot better with everyone around me. Feels like a big burden has been lifted from me, no sneeking around for a quick pipe, no worrying about getting the next bag!!! Life is good down under!!!
congratulations.

It is nice that you want to stop and are succeeding.
vinnie
good for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! give your self a pat on the back, you deserve it.
thanks for posting. post like this one are a great inspiration to those coming to the board looking for help.
way to go vinny... you must be very proud of yourself....

a century is a very good way to look at your 100 days.

i can't wait until my son hits the "triple digits". i know that it is a milestone that he is looking forward to.

stay strong, and keep adding on those days,
patricia
Yea Vinnie! Great to hear life is better now.
Hi.l
Well done, your family can relate to the real true you and not some stoner... They are lucky and congrats to you, Its inspiring to see someone can do it.
My son started smoking when he was 14 and by 16 he dropped out of school, it was like living with a dead person, he couldn't motivate himself to do anything, his eyes looked vacant... I could write a book on how frustrating it was for us.
I am delighted for you and your family. It inspires people that it can be done.
G'day mate!!! and many of them ahead

please forgive my copy of part of your post to this tread. but i thought this one made our point exactly. only one reply here from another mj addict. and i think vinnie came here for a pat on the back and good job from other people who really understand what hes been through.

"cajun lady, wonderwoman, aea, jamv and other mom's out there i have another problem with this forum which has been keeping me from posting. i need an opinion because maybe i am out of line....maybe i should write to the mods for help. do you think these moms with kids on pot should be on the family forum and not here commenting how their kids are the same blah blah... how can they give advice when they are speaking for their kids or their kids agenda or experience. sure they are supportive but their words mean nothing to me. i'm sorry if i sound mean or unwelcoming but i would rather hear nothing than support from a mom with a kid on weed."
