Today is my 23rd wedding anniversary.Sometimes it seems like just yesterday we got married then...sometimes it seems like a 100 years,lol. We went out and had a nice dinner,he got me flowers and candy,i got him a bunch of things for his vehicle(his pride and joy)We had a nice evening.Its been a rough road,but we're making it.~KIM

Long time, I am right behind you...21 is coming up real fast. It is amazing that I have been married longer than I live at home. Kinda weird to be with the same person for this long and to not have killed each other yet.

Congrats Kim! Not too many couples I know I have made it that far. It's quite an accomplishment. My husband and I will have 21 years in January...Couldn't imagine myself married to anyone else. Well, there are times and of course there is Brad Pitt...

Thanks everybody,your well wishes mean alot.Terrianne,believe me when i say there hasnt been much of champagne kisses and caviar dreams.It's been hard hard work.But the love is there,and i AM proud to still be working at it after all this time.We have 3 sons,the youngest just graduated high school.We finally feel the time HAS come for the champagne kisses and caviar dreams.We have promised each other to start taking more time out for just ourselves.To take at least one vacation ALONE each year.To finally dedicate some much needed time to be husband and wife instead of mom and dad.~KIM

Happy anniversary. 23 years is great. Seems like yesterday or 100 years??? I know what you mean. I think for any marriage to be successful there needs to be trust, respect, communication, and of course love for one another. You must have all those things going for you.
