Hi all, Little late posting.. Had a good day today... I swear Iam staring to feel almost pre-relapse condition. I almost typed normal, but I don't like that word to define myself... I take a dose of sub in the morning and dose in afternoon, this afternoon i was feeling so good, I swear i could have gone without it. Might be time to taper down 1mgs... probably going to try tomorrow.. I feel and look so much better. People at work are starting to tell me how much better I look. That feels good. I was telling John, if they only new the Hell , I been through.. I know I still have a ways to go on sub. but Iam getting there... As far as an addict, I will be that the rest of my life. And choose to use A.A. tools to help me stay clean one day at a time... and this board is a blessing and all of you here...
Iam running behind tonight my half sister had a baby yesterday,so I went to see them after work... thats why Iam so late here...
I have even gained a couple pounds, which is good for me, I lost a bunch of weight in the last six months.. I was looking pretty bad... Iam so grateful, my higherpower led me to this board....Can't tell you guys Thanks enough...
