Well done you on 4 months clean. I'm a few days off 4 weeks clean and am gonna treat myself to some new clothes as a reward.Apart from having a drink have you rewarded yourself for this great achievment?I used to reward myself with gear which kind of defeats the purpose.I would say to myself right if I can go a week with out kit then I can treat myself to a bag,then before you know it you've lapsed or relapsed.Plus all week it would be in my head knowing that I was going to score as soon as the week was up and for me it just triggered more cravings.So treats for me now are new clothes, make up, shoes etc.Keep going you are doing a fantastic job, it's great when you start seeing resulys eh!Will be thinking of you.

When you say four months clean are you on any subtitute medication or are you really clean, ie ,free of all drugs.If thats the case then well done indeed.Out of the past nine years, four days is the longest i've managed.
I had four months clean of all substances, but I f***ed up with some pain pills for a couple days like a day after I wrote this post, back on the wagon again though
