Well it has been a long time since i have been in here but i wanted to let some of you know espeicaly the ones who are going through it now that it is much better being clean and it is still hard but it is better then how i used to feel.
thanks to the people who still remember me,like i said the last time i was here was around april of 04,but i am now doing alot better so thanks to all of you.
