Hello everyone,ive been so busy this week the time has just flown by! Ive missed you all and missed reading how youve all been doing,ive only been able to stop in for short periods at a time.Ive been working and shopping so much ive been dropping into bed and falling asleep almost immediately,its been wonderful being able to sleep that sound.

Im 4 months clean and feeling great. My relapse came at 3 months(my first attempt at this) and to be honest,i was so afraid this past month that it might happen again,and i did have 2 real bad days this month,i thank god i was able to get through them.So,im feeling better,im past that 3 months mark and i survived. Ive been going to meetings as often as i can,and while listening(i still havent talked at a meeting...YET)i heard othres say they have troupble at certain "anniversaries" 3 months...6 months...etc...it just seems kind of strange but to be honest i did have a rough time around the 3 months mark myself,so i now understand what they were talking about.I dont know the answers why,and at this point i dont care,im just thankful to have meade it this far and im not looking back.

I hope youre all doing great,hope youve all fnished christmas shopping,im one of those ones that are still out on Christmas eve buying crap,i never ever feel ive gotten everybody enough,and am always thinking of more i need to get,right up to the last minute,i drive myself and my husband crazy!

I'm at day 38..the longest I've been without pills since 92, and feeling
stronger everyday..

congrats..... I am sooo happy for you...and yes you will hear a lot in meetings.. some will apply and some wont but.. in my case a lot more .. a whole lot more did or came to pass than did not.....

at any rate.... seems like you are doing the next right things and keep it up... one day at a time and before you know it... well....

Kim, Nice work! I don't know if I responded to this post you had written when you had spent the day with your Grandma I believe and she was very critical...just like my Mom. I really know personally what you were feeling. Yes, the moon cycles are bad for cravings as well as certain landmark days. If you know it then you can be ready. I just wanted to say excellent job and good for you! CAS.

I have the shopping done, put up my tree today, may get around to decorating it tomorrow.
