5 Weeks And Counting!

Hi all, thought I'd share my latest milestone with you, it was 5 weeks clean for me on Thursday, it's getting easier as the weeks go on in some ways, in others it's harder...

I met my new alcohol counsellor on Wednesday, I really miss my old one, she was so much nicer and I didn't even have to speak and she knew what I was thinking, it was like she knew me inside out. My new one is going to tell her I have 5 weeks now though as I really wanted her to know.

I'm going out for a meal tonight, so I will enjoy that. I've got more money to do things with these days!

Hope everyone is doing ok, Lacey, Stacey, Valarie, Zac, Lisa, SKG... and anyone else I missed!

Keep the positive attitude as much as you can. Stay on the road of recovery. Life may seem different at times being sober, but it's real. You are so worth it Izzy! :)

Izzy- that is great! Keep on keepin on. It gets easier? What a relief! I have 4 days, which seems like an eternity. 5 weeks? Good goin Izzy, keep us posted.
