5th Day

Hey its 11:45am here in sunny England and its now my 5th day without a drink, and i even feel different, although i have never drunk so much fruit juice in my life.

But i feel good and pleased with myself

Hey Bovril King congradulations on 5 days. How is it all going? remember not to go inside your head alone as in early sobriety it can be a dangerous place, drinking thinking etc, keep posting. It's 10:53pm in sunny, wintry New Zealand. I think Izzy is from england somewhere too.

I have no husband, and one grown daughter and one teenage daughter...my HP has to restore me to sanity constantly ~ lol! It is cookin' here in the South Bay of SoCal. Bovril King - 5 days is so huge....way to go, it was suggested to me to keep it simple in the beginning and just take it one day at a time.

BK----Yipee on those 5 days! It took me several years to get past even 2 days. Once the DT's set it I couldn't do it! Way to go and keep it up!!!
