Hello ,all ,hope you are well,just a quick post im starting my 7th week off smack&benzos.my sleep pattern is all over the place,not helped by the fact i work alternate shifts.So at the mo. the smack really aint bothering me,[cant get complacent though]but the benzos are mentally&physically beating the s*** out out of me,but one day at a time etc.talk later ...all the best...Davey

I always used benzos to come off the smack. I bet you did too. That makes it triple-tough to come off both at the same time. Benzos are dangerous to come off of too. I sypathize,brother. Just keep on doing what you're doing. It seems to be working. Peace,shirley
Thanks ladies,you MsTres ara always a source of constant help&kindness so as i said girl thank you.Terra/Shirley thanks for you words&time also.last night was one of the best nights kip id got in weeks a solid 6hrs,not bad for me,but feel real tired so hopefully tonight will be the same.Shirley i tapered off the benzos so didnt feel much physical withdrawl,but i was using a lot on binges ,god when i think about it now,i was taking every benzo under the sun&this was goin on for 5yrs.Anyway thats all behind me now,yesterday i went out & bought some weihgt training stuff,coz im really putting on the ilbs,same as yerself Shirley clean&getting chubby.All the best..
