hi all. I have made the decision to quit smoking and am very motivated to do so.I had no idea how hard it would be. I guess I was addicted to nicotine according to the books I've read. I have gotten a nicotine inhaler and it seems to help me.I am smoke free for 4days now! My question is, I am worried I will get addicted to the inhaler since it still has nicotine in it.Or when I ease off on the inhaler am I still going to have nicotine withdrawl?
Also a friend gave me all of her nicotine patches. They are a step 1 patch. I believe 21 mg. The problem is they expired. I don't have alot of money and was wondering if any of you have used expired ones before and do they work. I'd hate to throw them out there are about 50 of them.
thanks

thanks I posted it in the proper forum :)
Dear 4 There are 4800 chemicals in tobacco smoke and a few in e-cigs. Neither is as good as quit smoking but the difference is pretty obvious. I do not know of any extremely dangerous things in e-smoke that is not in tobacco smoke but the reverse is not true. Good luck with your quitting...now try some exercise and God knows what may happen :)).
