I just have to say that I am floored by all of you who are detoxing right now. I am in the deepest admiration of the strength (physical and emotional) that it takes to do this, and you are all an inspiration to me. Seriously.... I know it may not feel like you're doing anything amazing sometimes. I know it probably just feels like s***. But it is such a testament to spirit and strength, and you all are and I just wish I could hug all of you.
