Hi alaska, sorry that I did not replie to you the other day but just wanted to saythanks for thecool advice that you gave me, alot of it made sence, keeeping busy is definately a good idea! Was wondering if you had any advice on how to deal with people asking you to score etc?
Been reading some of your other stuff as well hun, soundds to me like you really know what you are talking about.

Claire, a very wise man once said "Hell is other people" & the longer I am alive the more I think he's right. You don't say WHO these folks are.Are they brothers, sisters? Vague acquaintences?Can you firmly but politely explain u r not using & not to call w/ such enticing offers?Or would these folks not get it?You can always turn around & charge them $50 for your service-(copping 4 them)-or u can take their $$, sell them powdered sugar yrself & they'll never call u again -but THAT is dicing w/ Karma, & Not Cool. I would explain myself to these folks & hope that they are decent enuf to let me be. It's a weird kind of etiquette, isn't it? Good luck kid!!

Thanks alaska. Love the idea of selling powdered sugar, but like yousay not cool. It is getting to be a complete drag now, if you have read any of my recent postings then you will know that I had a little bit of a relapse,and used both wednesday and thursday, well it is Good Friday today, lets hope that I stay good.
I have been quite strong where some people are concerned, and told them where to go in no uncertain terms, but then there are others who I just can not do that to, and even though I am putting my own recovery at risk, I just feel mean if I say no. I have been trying to look at itlike this, when I needed help none of these people were there for me, and if they was true friends then they would respect my wishes and leave me alone
