My daughter Sophie is an alcoholic. She started drinking at 12 yrs. old. Over the years she has been up and down, and most recently very down. In the last 6 weeks she has had 3 crises's. We are exhausted are looking for a residential treatment center for her. It needs to be low or no cost because she has exhausted our financial resources.
Does anyone have any suggestions? We would like to send her to a place in California.

hey, i know what you mean, but theres really nothing you can unless she has realised that she needs 2 stop drinking, because her friends are also pressurising her, she may feel like its "cool" my daughter was in the same situation 3 years ago and i went through a very depressive stage, but i found what helped was getting her teachers to talk to her and friends to persuade her not to drink, then the next step would be to get proffesional help, hope all goes well sincerely Bethany
