After talking to Summer, I found out he "dumped" her for exactly the reason she stated. Her insurance ran out. That WAS the reason he thought he had.

And in an earlier post, you pretty much jumped on Summer for not contacting Atlas as soon as you thought she should have.

What gives?

This girl has enough on her plate without being questioned and pushed by anyone here. She is doing the best she can, I promise.

While your intentions to help her are appreciated , I just wanted to point out to you that your delivery seems a little harsh, and perhaps you might want to back off and make this newcomer feel a little more comfortable and accepted here.

I must say it has been a while since I have made helper. I may have to buy some and make it this week for dinner. I am sure my kids will be thrilled. Haha They are so picky, they don't like my helper.


Right now, I am eating a Bologna sandwich with Grey Poupon on it. Do you ladies like Grey poop-on?

I have enough TV dinner's to feed this whole board. LOL Hey and I don't eat little banquet's anymore. We have MOVED ON UP IN THE WORLD. Nothing but the best for my family. We eat HUNGRY MEN tv dinner's. HA!

I must admit there is nothing like Ramon Noodles, hamburger helper or Ravioli in a can. YUM!

I guess you can say I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth and was rasied eating cheap a$$ food. LOL

I must say I love crab legs, shrimp and scollops. Those are DA BOMB. could eat them everyday. That and chinese food.

LOL.....I was raised on bologna, Spam and butterbeans and corn bread. But as I've gotten older (much) and have learned to cook......I try to eat better most of the time.Still like cornbread a lot, though.

Come on, Rae,,,,,,,you can cook, can't you?

Guess what opened near me? Caraba's!!!! Used to have to drive 40 miles, now it's only about 20. Do ya'll have Magiano's? It's even better!

I love Ravoli's...but they have to be Chef boyardee...and the helper, gotta be Tuna Helper...

Cooking around my house happens probably twice/three times a week...everybody is to busy doing there thing that when I do cook dinner, I wind up feeding it to the Lab and the puppy...Now, they think I'm the bomb cook...

No I am not a great cook. Tonight is Pork Chops, Pasta and Corn. Billy likes to grill-out a lot. LOL I wonder why? Hmm.. We eat a lot of steak in this house. I use my crock pot a lot actually. They have these new Crock Pot sensations that are out now that are really good. I can make roast though on my own. LOL

I can make Baked Ziti and Tuna Cassorole.

We don't have a Magiano's around here, I don't think. We have Carrabbas as you know. I eat there often. We even get it to go most of the time. I love their
" Spiedino Di Mare". Shrimp, Sea Scollops and Fettuccine. It is awesome.

Well maybe you ladies can tell me something easy to make and I will try.

Yuck my mom loves Spam. My oldest daughter eats it right out of the can. I can't even stand the smell but I love anchovies!!

Kat-LOL Yeah they don't warm themselves. I have to rotate and stir. Geez!

You do know what Spam is, right? Butts and guts. Ew.

I'll send you some easy stuff to cook Rae...lol Although you sound like you hold your own with the Pork Chops. We love steak around here too. Alot of meat and potatoes....stick to your ribs s***.

We don't have any awesome restaruants around here..have to go to Seattle for those and that's a ferry ride.

YUCK! With God as my witness, I will never eat Spam again! I would have to be staving.

I will send you some recipes sometime. The crock pot is great!

I just went to Carrabba's last night for my dad's retirement dinner. He retired after 36 years at Robins AFB.

It was soooo good., it's right next to my work and literally 1 mile from where we live now.

I'm lucky i know.... ;)

Carol What gives with Insurance not picking up a drug. I have been around the block and have had many meds which took authorizations. Once a medication is okayed I have never heard of a limit on a pill script?

Yes limits to days of rehab shrink appointments etc. But once a drug is on a plan-co -pay? I have never heard of a limit..

Carol its sad but until the FDA wakes up people like Summer M.J anybody is risking there health by taking suboxone.

I am so lucky to have a sub doctor who is taking care of me. But I am realizing how blessed and f-in lucky I am to have health insurance.

So many people here do not have ANY insurance. Its sickening that a U.S citizen being denied healthcare.

It just blows my mind. You really have to be "Smart " too protect yourself and still your really at the mercy of your doctors.

There are charitable foundations all around the country that do help people -but it can take years--I am over a year trying to get on a asthma drug that my insurance wants me to pay 1000$ a month for.

So My health suffers cause of this. Its quite unfair but reality and you accept it.

WTF else can you do.

Hey girls...I dragged out the dusty old crock pot today...LOL

I woke up last night at 12:30 AM and I'm still up! I get so wired in the mornings, I know I'm going to crash soon, and that dinner would just require too much effort. So, crock pot it was. Not sure WTH is cooking in there, but I'm calling it venison stroganoff. I just threw a whole bunch of stuff together that I had on hand. Funny thing is, every time I do that, I hate it and hubby loves it and wants it again. Then I have no clue what I even made, and attempts to replicate it always fail...LOL I don't plan to eat any, I'm hoping to be sound asleep until about 6, then it's going to be coffee and cereal.

I'd much rather come to carol's and eat filet mignon...medium rare please:-)
