Things are okay; could be better and could always of course be worse, Ive dragged out my Gratitude Journal and am trying to concentrate on the blessings we have in our lives....

Here you are dealing with the passing of your friend, and her funeral this weekend, and yet here you are thinking of me....i feel guilty over that..

Hope that YOU are doing okay, and that you take some time for yourself this weekend...a hot bubble bath..a nice long walk...take time to reflect on things..

Your friend was lucky to have called you one..

Ali, I was looking at the backsides of my eyelids when you posted back. Gratitude journal humm don't have one of those and if I did these days it wouldn't have much written in it. Well, I do know of a couple things. I know you have been worried about Herbs health but you are doing a great job watching over him. Hang in there. Everythings gonna be alright. Talk to you soon.
