I'm back...Wendy, I had pancreatitis due to drug abuse and(or) a blocked bile duct. I think Dottie said one of her ducts had a blockage..she's heavily medicated as it is painful...I felt so bad..I said"Bye Wench" and she said "BYE Other white meat"...I sure hopes she gets better soon.

Thanks Sharron....Rememember (lol) when she was mad at me buggin her to go to the doctor? It says that you have a distended abdomen typically with it...Are they going to do surgery or maybe discharge her soon?

Tell her Im proud of her going in before but I think the doctor missed it.

I don't know if surgery is indicated..I know that IV fluids and pain meds are all you can do..unless you can unblock a duct...you cannot eat or drink..she's not in pain, but I'm sure scared.The hospital is nice and she seems to be getting good care...I'll keep you posted.I'm exhausted from all the silliness tonight...too bad it was at boo's expense...Later, S

Thats sooo sad. Please make sure that you tell her I hope she feels better. I don't remember if she smokes but if she does, she is probably climbing the walls.
