hi guys i came here yesterday and today i went to town i had to the job centre to sort out my money which really stressed me out and then i bumped into my mate who ended up giving me a hit of crack i am a bit dissapointed that i done it but i am pleased that i didnt go and use gear afterwards instead i came home put my pj`s on and chilled
im feeling a little agigtated now but i know i can do this
i spoke to my partner who is doing 4 years in jail so he has cheered me up a little and made me realise i can do this i just dont want to feel depressed

..its gonna take time for you to settle into life again after being inside..i hope you can find the strength in yourself to quit all drugs and get off the methadone in time also..but its not a race..just take each day as it comes..try not to put to much pressure on yourself..but your gonna need to lose your friends if you are serious about getting clean..i understand the boredom and lonliness that comes with recovery..but as you get your focus in life..you will make new friends along the way..it just takes time to begin with..but if your true to yourself and your desires..you can make anything happen for yourself..good luck and good to see you,ve made a start with the brown..just hope you will knock all the other stuff on the head also...take it easy on yourself and keep your head up..you,ve done what you,ve done..you can,t change your history..but you can change your future ?..Robbie..

i know now i have to definately cut all my old friends out of my life its just having the confidence to make new ones and what to do in the mean time i really am considering going into rehab im going to speak to my support worker today xx gina xx
