Any Orders?

We have been away for a few days and my mum in law or flatmate as i like to call her looked after the kids and she is just a wonderful person. She has seen the good and bad in me and i love her for that friendship.
I have told this story before but i still love it.
Anyway one rainy day about 1 year into my recovery she was hanging washing out in our garage and i came home in my ute and started backing up into the garage now i could see the sheets and that was all so i gave the ute a bit of power to get over a little bump at the entrance to the garage and then hit something..i said what the fu#k has been left in the way and then i hear a moan and my old friend fear surrounded me. I get out of the ute and here is my poor ma in law on the ground still clutching some washing in one hand and not in very good nick, so i help her inside and im thinking what a great reason to drink, addiction loves any angle in my mind.
My wife comes home and i tell her what happens and she cracks up laughing, hell of a joke and as the story spreads i start to get phonecalls from mates who want me to do a favour for them now i have had some practiseLMAO
We take Jens ma to the doctor a few days later as she is still a bit sore and i am in the waiting room and all i can hear is the doctor roaring with laughter once he is told.
Why am i telling this story again well i laugh everytime i think of it and i love everytime i see my ma in law, she is such a beautiful caring person with her kids and all her grandkids and friends.

Light and love Zac
Haaaaaaaaahahahaha, that's too funny, Zac........she must be one heck of a lady your mom-in-law................and it's nice ya took yourself back there too.
Gotta keep it fresh.........although she too could have said she needed a drink after that.........poor lady just trying to do laundry.

Zac, I came over to say thank you........thank you for responding to Des who needed help over on heroin.......that was very kind of you.......glad I popped over cause I got a laugh for the day.
~APPLAUSE~

Now all you have to do when she gets on your nerves is look at her sternly and say, "Remember the garage?" with your eyes...

LOL

Thanks for the grin--SHE is probably the one who could use a drink!
LMAO...

I'm going to hang on to your offer...I just put my MIL on a plane for 3 weeks so I'll have some peace & quiet for a little while...

The beauty of the story is you guys can laugh about it today...I'm just wondering if she still does laundry for you? LOL

xoxo

That was great for a giggle, Zac. But what really makes me smile is the obvious love you have for your mother-in-law - that is a bit rare. My hubby has the same kind of relationship with my mom and it makes things just wonderful for everyone - us, her, our kids. So glad you shared this with us. =)
