does anybody live in pennsylvania and know where to go to a sub DR. When you go to the sub DR do they give you the pills that day or do they make you come back. How does it work. I just found out about sub last night and was wondering how it works

Nice name, well I am gonna put in some links for you about sub that will tell you everything you ever wanted to know good and bad, also there will be a doctor locator and you can find doctors near you.....Don't count out states that border you either......
Read and educate yourself on this drug, it is a grea tool to help you get clean and if you do it right you should have little or no wd......but you also need to make sure you get other outside help too, cause getting clean is easy, staying clean is the hard part and trust me on this I watch the struggle everyday....

i live in pittsburgh, pa. what part are you in??
i'm on suboxone, my first visit to my doctor was an all day thing. (started 8:30am) first i spent 2 hours there, talking and he explained the meds, then he dosed me. sent me home and said come back in 2 hrs. 2hrs i went back, ask how i felt, dosed again, sent me home for 2hrs. 2hrs past i went back, asked how i felt, dosed me, sent me home.(with some pills) was told to call at end of day to see how i felt.(5:00pm) still felt crappy told me to take Xmgs and call in morning. (i was told he could only dose me 3x in one day) called in morning and had script give to me, filled script. i see him every 2 weeks for check up and refill.
i thought the first day was never going to end. i was so sick and he was a hour late. i thought i was going to die by the time he dosed me. but i made it.
