On a serious note..I am proud of you...! Stay with it man, dont let your mind lie to you...and will..it seems like our mind should be on our side right? Somethims I think it is against me...I have a note (that I put everywhere)

Because in the beg it kept me strong & true...all my thoughts were wrong..
"i can use sometimes" "it was not that bad" "everybody has a crutch, whats so wrong w/mine" "im not hurting anybody"...I could go on & on..

I thuoght when I got clean ..ALL my problems would go away..not true..
But with a clear mind & a healthy spirit, and hope all is possible, and we can face our problems in life...and do it quite well....
Without drugs, it is SO much easier...

Amen Jennifer....we need to be able to THINK...one cannot posibly be rational on pain meds...legit or not...I took mine as directed from the Dr. this last go-round and I was confused and depressed and miserable....the "good" feeling probably ende after the 1st 2 dosed...then I wanted more....It is so insidious.....Love,S
