JD is right on. It does help me. I'm not saying you should try them but you asked me what I do for back pain. For me they are not a problem. Everyone is different and has to do what works for them. I have read that some people do have a problem with them so be careful.

LOLIVERNY...................Hi!!!!!!!! I read that the reason you feel pain in your muscles and organs is because you are depriving them of a substance (dosage decrease ) they are used to getting . Your body gets angry and is telling you to feed it with the substance you are depriving it of. I read it is the exact same thing as when a person begins to WORK-OUT . You exercise, strength train and hurt like hell for days after. Your body is angry that you have put it through that work and it tells you ,you will feel pain now. But you will tell your body "TO BAD" so the next day you work out again untill your muscles learn that you are in charge and you will retrain your body, not your body train you.
The kidneys are the filtering system and just as your liver will also be affected, you are told to put lemon juice into your water to cleanse the drug toxins and it is CRUCIAL that you drink alot of water each day.
hope this helps. However, if you have fever, the pain persists, you should see a doc. ................................................Diane
