Anyone Successfully Detoxed Off Of Sub?

the dr that I keep in touch with said 3 to 5 days max on that...
HAS ANYONE DETOXED OFF OF SUB BUP OR SUBOXONE and can you help me aleiviate any fears??

I've reduced on it and am now on 2mg, (started on 16mg) and the reduction i found was managable, the withdrawals i found are so mild compared to methadone or heroin, but i'm still not off completely. If you've experianced oxi withdrawal kerri then sub withdrawal will be much easier, you'll still withdraw but as i said I found it loads less painfull

Its different with sub, if you take too much i think it can kick you into withdrawal? maybe someone like john dee'll come along and enlighten us

john got off fast...that is what my counselor told me to do.
I honestly can't believe I am in this situation again.
I had almost six months. I should have a year...
but I bet that I can make it....
I have to fire the dr..
and just oohhhh helll....can the oldtimers help me on this one????????/

Yeah, Idealy you wanna get off it as quick as poss-a couple of weeks. Cos my d.o.c.was heroin i cant really advise you on pill withdrawals, although i am on sub so i can tell ya-from personal experiance-the withdrawal is easier on sub.
Someone will be along in a bit who can advise you better than me, but i know you can do it, and you've made a fantastic start well done you!!! Your back on the road to recovery.

Hey kerry.No I am not detoxing now.Like you I am on sub.I started it for maintenance.give me some space from dope.I started using heroin after a long battle with oxy's.something close to 30, 40 mg oxys a day ..chewing them.at my height.HORRIBLE.after many home detox episodes i made it into a detox.there i met some great people who introduced me to heroin.In my opinion oxy withdrawl was worse than H withdrawl.I think cause oxys are pure pharmasuitacals(?) Anyhow you slice it,I am an addict who needs to get clean.I had some long term sobriety ..picked up in march ,and have been struggling since.Gonna try using sub for a short term than taper.Gotta split.
