So Hi everyone, this is day 2 in my fight, I White knuckled it yesterday, and today is going to be worse I think. It is new years eve and as everyone knows its a big party night. Though I cant say what I've been doing can be concidered partying. Sitting in my room with a needle in my arm isnt much of a party in my oppinion. Anyway I already have people calling me wanting me to go out and its hard to say no. I really am trying but Im worried I will give in. I called some methadone clinics today and think its the rout im going to take. I have to do something, I cant go on living like this thats for sure. Well wish me luck I am going to try to find a meeting or something to do tonight. Have a great day and happy new year

hey everyone thanks for the reply. everything was ok last night. I was in bed before the ball dropped lol. I am starting day 3 today its starting to get a little bit easier but not much. well again thanks for the replys have a good day, I'll keep u you updated. Happy new year
Good on you Shaun. I'm on day 1 now, and this is the start for me ( doing just methadone ) becouse I have been using on top for a long time now. Keep it up. Are you on any meds. It's nice to talk to sum 1 in same boat. Cheers Dave.
