does anyone else have any problems with working out or doing very strenuous labor while on methadone? i live in the appalachian area so there are very large hills, and when i ride my bike to work it's a struggle to get up and down those hills. and once i get there i am very sore all over and my whole body feels like noodles. a fwe times when i got off my bike upon my arrival i felt an all encompassing sickness all over my body, like i was having a HUGE headrush. and my g/f who works with her arms lifting bags all day has been complaining that her arm from her elbow to wrists has been completely numb or is constantly on pins and needles, she's even has had to start wearing a brace to reduce stress on this part of her arm. are we causing this by paranoia or does methadone make you physically weaker and not able to be a physical as you use to be? anyone know ?
Hi bones i have felt fhe same as far as i know fiy gets into your bones and grabs us from the inside out and that was why i did not want to go on it in the first place but soon found out that i hade now other option as i do not have the will power to giv up the BIG H whithout it and hear in ierland we are not offord anything els but if u are from elswher ther are other drugs avaelabel like subs i do not know a lot about them but have red about them on this site hope that is helpfull to u and take care

Not a methadone girl, and not to frighten you, but I saw some program and methadone can mess with your bones BIG TIME. So said the people on the show anyway.
People I know who are on it for years have more trouble with their feet actually.

I dunno ive been on methd.7yrs.&have held down a steady job....ok with a few close calls in between..but held it&its a physically hard one i.e industrial steelwork..also i bike it to&from work..7miles a day.Im not saying im any superman but i think a lot of the the meth. phobia is mind over matter..also getting on the right dose im on 70ml...i think anything over 80/90ml is a case of dont call us we will call you..if ya get me.At the minute ive got a bad flu so my 7yr old could kick me sideways with an ATHISSHOO!!!!!.
