Thanks for the post. My son went to Auburn, WA for his High School Debate. He had a great time. I did the big flush ;o). I cleaned house this morning, washed bed linens, and got a few things done. Now to sweat..... I just took a hot bath. This the beginning of Day 1, and a new life for me, thanks Theresa. I hope you both have a great night. Take care, Best Wishes

This is the first time since 2001, a car accident, that I will be off of meds. I did stop Oxycontin (high dose), that was really difficult. I am just taking an hour at a time, for now. Thanks for the support. Take care, Best Wishes

What encouraging words, all of the support, and to know I am not alone ((((thanks))). August has been known to say many kind words, thanks Little Beach, for the reminder ;o) . I am hanging in there, sweating and leg aches. But I know the drill, lololol, Day 2 and Day 3 being the worst, physically. All of it, being emotionally difficult. I have my music and "my garden tub" ready. I finally feel ready. Not thinking about anymore pills, don't want them. I just have to get through this. Thanks again for thinking of me.
