Hey Frank mmmm pizza.... Rough days are par for the couse for you right now, just remember thats all they are, rough days. Soon, your rough days will be fewer and farther between. We ALL get them Frank, some of us more than others. You will be ok, stow all that information you have gained and use it the next time triggers occur, I for one would not want to go through it again, I am sure you feel the same.

We use to always get together at my moms house for all the holidays. My sister lived with her. Now shes gone and my mom is in the hospital as you know. They lived right down the street so i pass by that house every day. I know it will get better but I want it to be better NOW.
