I know you tore a rotator cuff awhile back.What did it look like? I went surfing for about 4 hours today and on the way back in,my shoulder popped and there is this bone sticking up.It's connected to the clavical.I can't raise my right arm half way.It hurts like a MF.Any ideals?
I can't see a doc till tomorrow and get X-rays.I popped about 4 advil and have ice on it.It's freaking me out because it looks very strange.
If you're around.....shoot me an e-mail or call me.I don't want to go to an emergency room.

Thanks Stacey[you are a sweetheart].I think I am going to see a chiropractor instead of a doctor.Maybe they can pop it back into place.It's bizzare looking.If I could take a picture with my cell phone,you would freak out.LOL
