Rachel,
Well, thank you. I do appreciate it. Has been a tough road to ho due to my carreer. I do, however feel fantastic and just get stronger in mind, body and spirit every day.

Hey guys,
thanks again. I owe much of it to this board. There are some class acts out there and have lots more experience in recovery than me.
Brooke,
As an amateur endurance athlete, I had to watch what I ate and train specifically for my sport (cycling). I eat mountains of carbs with lots of protein too. The carbs were essential because I would burn anywhere from 3600 to 5000 calories in a race. The protein helps rebuild muscle tissue damaged by free radicals released by the body while exceeding my anaerobic threshold. The main vitamins I take and again these are tailored to ME are listed bellow.
Multivitamin High concentrations of vit. A, C, D (A-8000IU, C-1000mgs, D-400IU, E-400IU)
B-12 (60 MCG)
Calcium (550mg)
Magnesium (400mg)
Zinc(50mg) as zinc oxide
Small mineral pack with all the other crap (selenium, copper, iodine, etc.)
Fish oil(1000mg)
Amino acids(amino vital product) can be found on the web..
L-arginine
L-histidine
L-isoleucine
L-Leucine
L-glycine
L- Lycine
L-glumatic acid
Most of this stuff can be found online at the vitamin shoppe or any number of quality vitamin stores.
Again, all supplements effect people differently, so you need to identify why you need to take them and read about what each supplement will do for you.
Good luck.
