Just wanted to say Good Morning. I tried to catch you in another post about methadone the other day. You asked what state I was in and how you could get it from doctor's and not just a clinic. Well I am in Florida not to far from ya. There are many doctors that will write it. Especially pain managment. I wouldn't suggest you getting on it though it is VERY hard to get off of.
Second, I had posted to you a while ago when you were interested in sub and finding a doctor in your area. I have some saved on my favorites in the area if you are interested.
