Janet, ready? On one of those Church channells. Not cable either.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Davey, and Goliath. That was my favorite EVER too. Although now looking at the content it's a bit bizarre. LOL I never miss it, and my daughter is like "What is THAT?????????" LOL She thinks they are creepy.
Kids these days. Used to all this big time animation stuff. Sorry, ANIME!!!!!!
Last I watched it was Davey&Sally's cousin came to visit, and he was a BRAT.
Can you believe I am that nuts I watch this????? I seriously would not leave until I see how they handled the cousin. I need help.
On the line of "Gumby" sort of. Claymation sort of, but with a message. LOL
I leave you with He can walk into any book with his corny pal Pokey too. If you have a heart than Gumby's a part of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No Bandstand for me. I'm from Philly. We WERE Bandstand, babes. I watched Soullllllllllllllllllll Trainnnnnnnnnnnnnn. Don Cornelius. Except I could only sneak watch it or go to a friends. My dad slapped that show off pronto. Quite a racist.
No way was Don Cornelius taking up space on his TV. LOL No Flip Wilson either. Sanford&Son, yeah. He watched that himself. LOL Oh we had here in Philly much later too a show called "Dancing On Air"....better than Bandstand.
O.K. bye Sally. I have to go carry a message with Goliath.
Ah!! Gumby and Pokey!!! My favorite show was the one that there were some microscopic things and they kept seeing an eye in the sky (someone looking through the microscope) saying "Eye, Eye, Eye!!!" Love that show.
I remember that episode of Davey and Goliath..the kid was a holy terror!
I used to watch Soul Train too...probably part of the reason I still love R & B, Rap and Hip Hop. I love to dance too, though I haven't done it since I stopped using.
Okay, sound like I'm crazy here...was it Ozzy that borrowed that "eye, eye, eye" for one of his songs...Crazy Train??
