Hey Carol, Sorry I didn't see this earlier! I am doing fine, thanks for asking. How are you? Are you still at the CC? I guess you guys are busy this time of year with parties and such. Nothing like the golf tournament season, though, huh?
And how is your program? Still get to a meeting every now and then?
Is your ex leaving you alone? Sure hope so. Triggers run rampant this time of year, and to have that added to it is not what you need.
I had started a part time job, myself. Thought it would do me good to get out of the house and be with the public again. Not! I wound up quitting my job this past Sunday. They had me scheduled for 50+ hours each week for the next 2 and would not back off of any of it. I just couldn't forfeit my entire Christmas season for a lousy job. My family was missing me, and the thought of working until 7pm on Christmas Eve made me sick. So, I am now back home, and feeling much better without all the stress. I know, I am very blessed to have that option, but I worked for many years and paid my dues. LOL
I don't come on the board very much anymore, so if I have missed your posts where you talked about what I asked you above, sorry.

Oh good you're here! So you got rid of the job eh'? Good for you, 50 plus hours is just to much...and working Christmas eve...forget about it.
Hows the family? Is Cade excited for Christmas? Chance wakes up every morning and runs to the calendar and puts an X on the day. Hes so funny.
Oh, I lost my phone/address book. Chance was playing detective or something and used it for his notepad, so maybe I should hire him to find it :)

Carol I love how part time jobs turn into full time without the benefits.
When I accepted mine, I made it clear I wanted 32 hours a week and that I was flexible when needed. But that I had other commitments on Fridays.
It has worked out perfectly.

Hi again Carol, I am still working at the cc. The hrs are tunning 50 plus a week. I did get a raise and better health benefits however I had to tell my boss I am starting to burn out heavily and could we please hire someone to help out!!
I have 9 months as of Dec 7 and went to a meeting last night and no one was there!! small town for ya!
As far as my ex, i have seen or heard nothing, got a letter in the mail from a video store we used to frequent and there were 6 dvd's rented and not returned in oct. he was using our old disconnected phone number from 2 yrs ago to rent!! well they are going to send HIM to collection. I am so much happier and calmer without contact from him.
