Did you (or your husband) get the PC straightened out? This site was going down so much this morning I couldnt stay. Sounded like you had a paper jam. Remove the print job from the que and fix the paper jam, then try to re print.
or press ctrl+alt+delete and end task for the spooler to stop.

Tom, Thanks! I know the site was nuts this morning. I haven't talked with him all day but surely he figured that out. If not, I'm just going to have to go and take of it for him> Yea, right!
