WOW Thanks for the recognition! I was just on here reading and there's a post for me! I still can't belive I'm sober. It just hits me sometimes..like as wierd as when I would think "like I'm a junkie." Of the two extremes I'd rather be sober...it's a better club to be a member of! I know what I have as options to feel better now...mostly just figuring out where and why about the feelings instead of running from them and then running from my brilliant drug/alcohol solutions. You are as close to my heart as anyone I hold dear in my life and I've never met you all, but you're so important to me. Thanks all of you who write and just read these posts. CAS.

way to go cas, you have inspired many and continue to give hope. you show great courage with your story. i applaud you for sharing it. i am sure it has benifited many. keep up the fantabulous work. you are greatly needed here.

CAS, 100 days is fantastic! Keep up the great work. A while back someone started a thread titled "How many pills have you not taken"? Think about all those pills you did not take in the past 100 days and how much your body is probably thanking you for that. Take care, Atlas

hi cas- congrats on your 100 days!!! how are you? are you still taking 'beclamed' and the other supplements. ah i loved them but they gave me terrible headaches that got worse and worse to the point i had to stop them. i am now clean from mj but def. not calm! i read that headaches are the only side effect, go figure!
i'd love to know if you are still taking them and how you feel!

Thank you all for the kind words! They help me so much. I am still taking the supplements, but you may find it interesting to learn that I only take one becalm'b per day. I mainly take the neurelieve BZ. The neubecalm'd has a large dose of phenalalinine in it and that can cause headaches, the other is super low in that one thing and has higher doses of some of the other ingredients, so you may want to try the neurelieve BZ instead. So I actually mostly took the BZ and not the becalm'd. We have to experiment with some of these things, God knows we did plenty of experimenting with drugs to find that magic dose/combination, so let's put forth that same enthusiasm into our recovery! Let me know how it goes JoJo. My boyfriend is on day 100 as well and his business is doing GREAT and we have money in the bank! Not that way a year ago and he just called me this afternoon reflecting on how much better his life is now than before the great sobriety shakedown. We originally got together because we were both such wild users that we just went nuts together, it's funny how really that was the leadup to us getting sober together. I am so proud of him. I never thought he'd give up that lifestyle, but actually he just does fantastic with it. It is yours for the taking as well...the sober life and it is worth it, just start right now...no time will ever seem right, so now is just fine. CAS.

hi again cas- i did try the neu bz's but liked the becalmed so much better. and i mixed and played but still the headaches.....hmmmmm i guess i need to experiment more.

i wanted to add that the beclamed did get me to a place to let go of the weed without the great anxiety i have had before. huge for me. now i'm clean into my second week and feeling like i'm done for good but those supplements really brought my head together...... i'll experiement at the risk of a bad headache again and let you know..... i thank you for your suggestions and the initial suggestion to give the becalmed a try.... those few weeks gave me a calm to let go.
i still have bottles full.....

i am delighted you and your bf are doing so well. i'm glad you are happy. it's an easier way to live isn't it? that i am learning too.
