Hi guys
I don't stop by often these days, just happened to have 5 mins today and saw the shout out.
I'm well. Really busy, work is super busy I've been doing heaps of business travel, hubby has got a good job finally so things are looking up. I'm back into my yoga and hiking on the weekends - trying to take care of my health and be active.
Mum is doing well at the moment and not in any pain so we are happy about that.

Vally is doing well too, she is just taking a break from the boards also to concentrate on family and friends. She had her 2 years sobriety birthday a couple of weeks ago - so proud of how awesome she is doing.
