In all seriousness they have a point. JMO, but I got clean when I found out the underlying issue. Some call that "The excuse" some "The reason".

Man, $100,000 for a month? Who the he*l has $100,000? I'd like to go there for a vacation though. Looks nice. Oh and please know they will not force group therapy down your throat. It's one on one. Group is the best in rehab. Lots of fighting and name calling. That'll straighten your tail out real quick being in the middle of some of those brawls.
Note me in one rehab "Is this what jail is like? Am I in jail?"

But the bottom line is still aftercare- -We all know that 10% make it after rehab- -we all know the relapse rates****
We know the positive results that 12 step programs have , and the contention that thier program of recovery >that addiction is a disease of relapse , will continue throughout ones life.
That an addiction is a chronic and progressive disease, meaning that is last forever and gets worse even when one isn't drinking or using.
This is where my thinking differs a bit - -I don't question thier success, I just choice to disagree on some points
