Hey friends I figured its been close to 8 weeks or so since I have gotten high or taken any narcotics but the 60 of meth( trust me there is no high in that). Its amazing to me . I have had urges like today to get high but thank god on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being " get the hell out of my way Im scoring" I would say Its only gotten up to a 4 at most again thank god. I think In one of the ways Im changing is that Im not freaked out about becoming freaked out and wanting to score. I accept the urge as it is but havent acted and it has gone away (Imagine that) I hope I can just stay centered enough to keep the scale from going to a 10 (There I go again). My motivation to do things hasnt been the best ,letting some paperwork slide but you know what Who gives a crap Im puting my peace of mind first for a change and so far so good. Im a little doubtful if I can get the meth down to 20 mgs by jan 3rd to do the bup treatment but we will see . hope all is well with you take care and thanks for checking my post best, Ray
Ramon I don't think I've talk to you before but that 1-10 scale was cute.I hope you keep doing well.Isn't how funny how once you get clean you can actually look back and say ..THANK GOD I MADE IT OUT ALIVE....take care...mj
