Took a peek at your recovery diary....you're not just doing ok, you're doing brilliantly to be leaving it all alone for this long and all at the same time. I can only speak for coming off alcohol, but my God, it just gets better and better for me. Keep working it - cos as the nice lady in the advert says: you are most definitely worth it.

Nobody can do better than their best...just be careful not to underestimate what your best is. We ALL are guilty of that from time to time.
