I am doing good. Thanks for asking. I almost missed you,re post it was not red.
I am only taking 5mgs Valium midday and 10mgs at night. I am soooo! glad I am off Zanax & Klonopin. I was taking 2mgs Zanax & 6 mgs Klonopin daily. With alot of help from good people on this forum I was able to taper to 0 in 3 months. How are you doing? Let me know, I only talk to a few people on this forum. Thanks for you're support and concern!

hi there actually i have been working alot. the weather is getting warmer and more people are out golfing. i had been going to 6 meetings a week however since i work late i am down to about 4 a week. i just passed my thirty days clean and i am feeling pretty good.

Thats great to hear. I am not taking any pain meds now either. My Pain Spec. gave me a prescription for Hydrocodone 10/500 about ten days ago but I did not fill it because I am afraid that if I did....well u know. Anywho Monday I go in the Hospital for a day surgery again for RF lesioning on the thorasic region of my spine.
I can't wait cause it will give me such a big relief from the pain. My Pain spec wont prescibe any more pain meds after the proceedure because of the success we had with the last one back in July of 2004.
