Thanks guys. I just got back from the mall. I spent like $200 in clothes for the winter and going out and stuff. I am soo tired, im tempted to take a nap, but then im worried i wont sleep tonight

God bless if you feel this the route to go. But i know in my 18th day I was a basket case W/D as there was no meds given. You just kicked.

Jeff, Alcohol wasn't his problem. He has proven that he is one committed young man in his recovery.
I will eat my words, if he comes back and says,, yes I had a drinking problem. But I do not recall him saying this.
I for one was so glad to see him go 'out' finally, because he has been in shear misery. He warms my soul.

Addicts in 18th day of recovery does not belong in a pool hall until 3AM Alcohol is a drug .People places things---I would not put myself around alcohol or that situation as its dangerous place to be. What happens if he meets a pretty woman who happens to have a drink with him and boom she has his DOC--Its all over.

They dont seel alcohol at the pool hall? I got home at 12 and couldnt fall asleep until 3 am. I never ever had a drinking problem. Beer gives me a headache. I think i can go out and have fun with some friends. I deserve it man. I didint do anything wrong Jeff

He can't hibernate for a year. He knows what he can do and can't do.

My husband is a recovered Alcoholic has not drank in 25 yrs. I know what Alcoholism is about.

This is just a suggestion Reddog. Perhaps Jeff is simply trying to help you. I find that if someone gives feedback I have the choice whether I follow that advice or not. I know it will not help me to feel offended at the advice itself. I am not trying to suggest you are offended but just thought I would suggest listening to any input, deciding if it worked for me, thanked the person for the care they are showing and moved on.
After all at the end of the day it is my program and I need to do what is best for me.
