How are you feeling today? If you don't want to talk I understand but it's good to "dump" about your feelings now. Your emotions should be all over the place, up down, sideways. It's normal but it still stinks. lol

Hey Catherine, I am feeling poopy...I think something is seriously wrong, I should be feeling physically better by now, but I am not. I am thinking I may possibly have the flu on top of withdrawing. I have never had symptoms this harsh before. I am so tired, I cry all the time, I am irritable as all get out, I hurt all over, my legs are jumping all over the place, and just plain miserable...say a prayer for me please.
Hi Catherine!
Dawn...oh honey..I know how you feel. I was the same way and thought that I would never be normal again. I also felt I had the flu and other issues that led me to several Doctors including a naturopath. I swear it gets better...sucks I know but you are doing it!
Hold on...please...go ahead and feel all those feelings...they are real and they will eventually subside. You will one day notice...things have improved!

Dawn,
What you are feeling is normal. WD's knock you down phycially. The diarrhea causes dehydration. You havent eaten in 6 days. You havent slept. Thats just to name a few of the things your body has been going through.
You feel like you have the flu because you are sick now. It would be a good idea for you to go to the doctor for a check up. It would put your mind at ease. You may have caught a bug, your resistance is really low now.
When I decided to quit (again) in June, I was diagnosed with severe anemia and I had blood in my urine (just to name a few). I was in bad physical shape.
You will get your health back. In six months my anemia was gone and I was told my health was great.
It takes time to feel better. I wish I knew a quick fix. I hate to see you suffer like this.
Drink lots of water, lots and lots of water. Your body needs it now more than ever. Take a multi vitamin. Eat, you have got to eat! Your body needs the fuel. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables. I did all of this and I swear it really helped.
Just a little bit longer and you will begin to pop out of this and feel better.
