hi danielle how you doin?i haven't talked to you in such a long time,i went to detox about a month ago it was alot better than that ct route i've done so many times before,they put me on subutex for 6 days and slowly weined me of so the withdraws wouldn't be as bad,i'm going back to work next week,this makes my wife very very very happy,anyways i hope all is well,take care,vinny.

That's great about you going to rehab.... I read another post that you wrote about relapsing & then getting clean again.... Isn't it amazing how fast we fall right back into our old habits again?
I remember when I quit last Sept (when I first joined this website).... I was clean two months. Then, one day I broke down and took some pain pills; I took 1 1/2 - that's all it took to give me a buzz. I swore I would not get so bad this time, that I wouldn't get hooked again. Right after that I had dental work done & within DAYS I was taking 3 1/2-4 pills at a time again.
How's the sub working for you? I've been on it for 4 weeks and it has helped A LOT (especially in keeping me from relapsing)
Anyway.... it really is great to have you back. We missed you.

hey danielle,great hearing from ya i'm not on the subutex anymore they only gave it to me in detox for 6 days just to get over the physcial withdraw now i'm on my own,i'm on a antidepresent that seems to help with the mental side of addiction,anyways it's been a very rough road i just am going to have to learn to live with pain with the help of non narcotics,i got to be honest though i sure do miss that eurphoric feeling if you know what i mean,oh well,if you ever need to talk my email is vinny0019@aol i am glad you are doing well,keep in touch.................vinny.
