Hello all,hope things are well.my countryside ho;iday went pretty good,Sian had a ball,so thats the main thing,i did o.k too,put on about 2ilbs losta guiness&grub.Sian is still down there so i came home today,just to sort stuff out&lo n behold my bus leaves Dublin right near my clinic(i knew this)folks its no exaggreation i went mad waitin for that bus,my head saying go on Davey get a few bags free time holidays etc.had the money&scorin wouldve been easy.Im now in such a pissed off mood that at even/only 3mnth clean i still get strongly consumed by it.then when i said no gear,my other d.o.c....benzos reared its ugly head&they did my head in just as much,fair enough i didnt slip,so im just havin a vent.So i didnt use but for some reason i dont feel positive about it,just negetive about my mindset concerning drugs,blah,blah.its 2.50am now&im wired.Bye all ...Davey

Hi Davey, No, you musn't. I know what you mean. I'm full of good advice, but on bad days it's meaningless. I tell myself it's all part of it. But so what, eh? Doesn't make it much easier. Man I miss those benzos too. A year for me with those. But then I talk to friends on here with a year or two and they all say it will get so much easier. So my friend, it's all part of it. The depression, fatigue, sleeplessness. It's part and parcel of coming out on the other side where good days are the norm, not the exception.
My sons had their birthday yesterday. 17 they are. Huge too! Sian home yet? I'm unsure how to pronounce her name. Is it Sigh an or See an or what?
