Lacey,Diff&Bryn thanks for yer concern.....got to the clinic on Weds.....and like Diff said i left my money at home so scoring wasnt an option anyhow.I was kicking myself a bit but when i saw the usual faces....my desire to score evapourated.....so i made it thru the last few weeks...of pretty bad cravings they have gone now ....but no doubt they will return....the monkey may be off yer back but the circus aint left town ......if ya get me.Again thank you all....a clean and relieved ............Davey

Glad you're ok. Cravings aren't a sign of weakness, they're a test of your strength. With each test, you become more assured of how strong you really are, and more confident in your abilities. Each time you successfully resist, one more thread that ties you to your addiction is severed. I remember how I used to dread picking my script up from the chemist, but after repeated exposure, with nil response (I used to pick up 6 days a week), I knew I could breeze it. I was still glad when I came off my script though - it was like "welcome to the winners enclosure, here's your champagne...".
