Had a quiet one ....saw the parade and took Sian for crisps&7up....i digressed and had two pints of the black stuff....nice and slow.
Back at work today and man did i feel like scoring again but i didthat ....leave it 30mins thing and it worked i got over my craving ......but the thoughts are vivid...im deffo gonna see my Doc.at the clinic for a raise on my methd.....i keep putting it off coz i dont wanna hang round the place any longer than i have too.Anyhow still clean and really taking it day by day ....even hour by hour if it keeps me away from that s***.
