today is my first day without drugs or drinks. it's been a long time coming, around 10 yrs of using, & now I make the commitment to start anew. One day @ a time is the best for me as I tend to get ahead of myself. I'm grateful for those who made boards like this one available to share my thoughts & experiences. It really helps knowing there are others who have the same struggles as I have had. Today is the first most important step in my recovery & I want it to be a life time change for good. thank's for listening

Athena, this part of the board is slower than other ones............if ya want come and share and even laugh on other parts of the board, O.K.?
There's good people on this part of the Board........really great people.......and they post on other parts as well.
I'm Bryn.........resident nut-job..........I usually post over on the heroin part of the board..........BTW, I'm clean three years and three months........actually had to count the months...........so hang out with us if ya want and Family/Friends part too is great.
