Great Job Brad, have a great day. Treat yourself as well as your wife. You both deserve it.

Good job dude! 5 days of withdrawal is and always will be better than 5 mins. using.Your problems, just as mine, will always remain, but keep in mind that life is 10% what happens and 90 % what you do with it.You have taken your disease by the short and curlies and slowly started to groom it into a foundation for strength. Are you writing? Are you sleeping? Are you moving?...it sounds from your posts that it is going OK.This is my 3rd time in about 6 years CT,and I am now on day 14!!!!!!! Each day I can fell a lust to live again slowly creep back into my soul, getting my groove back,if you will. And dammit it feels good to live again instead of hiding behind a mask.
Keep up the good work brother, and write to me whenever you wish.

To Brent's wife: You are an Angel, and he is blessed to have your help.I also had/have the help of my"best friend",and that made my transition back to life easier,...not impossible, but much easier.Give yourself some propsGirl!!!

Hi Brent . I just wanted to congratulate you on what is now day 6 . My withdrawals were awful and lasted a long time .I can relate to those leg cramps , they seemed to last forever . There is a supplement called restless legs . You can pick it up at your local drugstore without a script . I didn't hear of it until long after the cramps went away .You may want to give it a try .Rob
