Hey guys\

Today is Saturday day 5 off the sub, I cant beleive it!! I did wake up at 3 am with severe stomach cramps naseua, scared me, i went pooo a lot and felt better. Otherwise im doing well. Im not gonnna take any more ativan today, 4 days was enough, im over the worse. Time to start to live life for real. Watch out cute woman, im a single guy ready for love!

Hi, great job w/ 5 days clean. I have to ask this, what is sub? is it kind of like methodone?

Sara, Suboxone is not like Methadone, you can do a search on the Internet to learn more about it. It has an opiate and Naltrexone in it and is much better than Methadone.

Good morning my frie4nds. I am doing a chitoad of yard work. I just got the front down, cut blown and bagged, now i have the back. Ill be done by noon. It blows too im still weak, but im pushin it.

ThaNKS everyone for your help and support. Im finally doen with the entire yard. All the leaves are done for the season! Im feeling good, my stomach still has issues and I sleep like crap but im gettimng through this.

Im gonna listen to some Van Halen and chill
