Today is day 8 of recovery after the first four days in a detox clinic coming close to death and spitting in the devils face and coming back to the living.
I'm still so terribly weak and shakey.
Any idea how long it takes to get the energy back to get out of bed and maybe leave the house???

..I suppose it depends on the person on how long it takes to get ya energy back..it took me about a week i think before i ventured out..but eating well and drinking lots of fluids will get ya back on ya feet..if ya don,t feel like eating cooked meals..things like soups,cereals,pasta salads,fruit are good things to have ..and plenty of water,energy drinks or proper fruit juice..not the stuff you dilute with water..they worked for me..good luck on your recovery..Robbie..

all the stuff robbie mentioned is gonna do ya some good.but after a rattle or quick detox i got 2 say a few valium or temazzies most benzos suffice,your a bit ropy now the benzos[not 2 many couple days worth]will help u sleep and take away the sharp edges of the 1st couple of days,im only saying they worked for me in the past.goodluck take it eze .....davey .robbie just had a thought could we have an all latin[spain&port 2] final....cheers davey

Thanks All. The living hell is over. I am lucky to be alive!!!........Really!!!. I went from detox to the E room last Sat as my pulse was too low and weak. Thhey juiced me with some IV bags and back to detox. I literally saw my entire life played out before me so vividly. Also I saw every needle ive done played out. It was Effing Profound. Damn.
